How Loop Space handles the personal data you share with us through this website.

Who we are

Loop Space designs, builds and operates AI platforms and secure software for governments and enterprises. This policy covers personal data collected through loopspace.tech. It does not cover systems we build and operate inside a client’s own environment, which are governed by that client’s policies and our contract with them.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through the two forms on this site.

  • Contact enquiries: your name, work email, organisation and the message you write.
  • Job applications: your name, email, an optional portfolio or LinkedIn URL, your message, and the CV file you attach.
  • Technical data submitted with those forms: a salted, irreversible hash of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string. These are used to rate-limit abuse, not to identify you.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics or tracking pixels. No data is sent to a third party when you simply browse this site.

Why we use it, and on what basis

  • To reply to your enquiry — our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
  • To assess your job application — your consent, given by ticking the box on the application form, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
  • To protect the site from automated abuse — our legitimate interest in keeping the service available.

How long we keep it

  • Contact enquiries: up to 24 months from your last message to us.
  • Job applications and CVs: up to 12 months from the date you applied, unless you ask us to remove them sooner or agree to us keeping them longer for future roles.

Where it is stored, and who can see it

Submissions are stored in our own database and file storage. CVs are held in a private location that is never publicly addressable — they can only be opened by a signed-in member of our hiring team, and are never sent as email attachments.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Access is limited to the Loop Space staff who need it to reply to you or assess your application.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time — that does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@loopspace.io. We will respond within one month. If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page. Material changes affecting people who have already contacted us will be communicated directly.
